The company was created to provide cargo claims and nautical surveys and loss prevention, basically dedicated to Insurers and Brokers.

After almost 45 years of activities the company has earned a sound reputation of solid professionalism, technical know-how and first-class services to customers.

History

2009
According to the steps established by the company the name Saretec Survey Iberica was full implemented in Spain on July 1st 2009. The competent personal, addresses and phone contact details including afterhours phone numbers have not been changed.
2004
On January 2004, the company was incorporated as “AM Group Survey Spain, S.A.” to the group “SARETEC”.
2002
On November 2002, the name of the company was changed to “Cargo Solutions Inc.” The change was registered in the Spanish Mercantile Register.
2000
On March 2000, and following the acquisition of CIGNA Insurance Company by ACE Insurance, ESIS International, Inc. was sold to the Cargo Solutions Group based in the U. K.
1982
On May 1982, the name of the company was changed to “ESIS International, Inc”, being this change duly registered in the Spanish Mercantile Register.
1974
The company was established in Spain on September 1974 as “International Service Corporation”a wholly owned subsidiary of CIGNA Insurance Company, which Head Office was located in Philadelphia, PA (U.S.A.)
